Privacy policy

What this site collects, why, and what you can ask for. Plain words.

File 001 · Policy

This site, ryantwedt.com, is run by Ryan Twedt. Questions about your information go to [email protected].

What is collected

  • What you send. When you apply, book a call, write through a form, send a media request or subscribe, the site collects what you enter: your name, email, company and role, any phone number you give, and your answers.
  • Bookings. The time you book and the answers you give to the prep questions.
  • Technical data. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) to run and protect the site.
  • Analytics and advertising. The site uses Google Tag Manager, which loads measurement tags including the Meta (Facebook) pixel. These set cookies and record pages visited and actions taken, such as submitting a form or booking a call, to measure and improve the site and its advertising. Your form answers are never sent to them. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or opt out through Meta's ad settings.

How it is used

  • To reply to you, review your application and run the call you booked, including confirmations and reminders.
  • To send Field Notes, only if you subscribe. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
  • It is never sold, and never shared for anyone else's marketing.

Who helps run it

These providers process information on my behalf, under their own security and privacy terms: Cloudflare (hosting), HighLevel (contact records, scheduling and email), Zoom (calls), Google (Workspace email and Tag Manager) and Meta (advertising measurement).

Your choices

Ask for a copy of what I hold about you, a correction, or deletion, by writing to [email protected]. Unsubscribe from Field Notes with the link in any email. I keep information only as long as it is useful for the purposes above, or as the law requires.

Children

This site is for business use and is not directed to anyone under 16.

Changes
